Brand & Ecosystem Disclaimer

Kreashon is a brand of Maanarak of Grey B.V., a social enterprise registered in Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean. All services offered through Kreashon — including courses, training programmes, and learning materials — are provided by and under the legal responsibility of Maanarak of Grey B.V.

Maanarak of Grey B.V. operates through three interconnected brands: Maanarak of Grey (creative media and storytelling), Kreashon (training for change-makers and development workers), and Frank (sustainable products and local solutions). Together these brands form one integrated ecosystem dedicated to holistic development work.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of courses, training programmes, and digital learning materials offered through Kreashon, a brand of Maanarak of Grey B.V. By enrolling in or purchasing any Kreashon product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Kreashon

Kreashon is a training and development brand dedicated to equipping change-makers, development workers, and community leaders with the skills, tools, and frameworks to drive meaningful transformation. All programmes are developed and delivered by Maanarak of Grey B.V.

2. Course Offerings

Kreashon offers a range of learning formats including: self-paced online courses accessible at any time after enrolment, live and scheduled virtual sessions with set dates and times, downloadable materials and resources, and mixed-format programmes combining the above. Specific delivery formats are clearly described on each course or programme page prior to purchase.

3. Enrolment & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course or programme as described. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate.

For self-paced courses, access is granted for the duration specified on the course page. For live sessions, access is granted for the scheduled period including any recordings made available.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Maanarak of Grey B.V. is the merchant of record on all transactions.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you cancel your enrolment before the course or programme officially begins. Once a course has started — whether this means the live session has commenced or you have accessed self-paced materials — no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, workbooks, frameworks, and resources provided through Kreashon are the intellectual property of Maanarak of Grey B.V. You may use these materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share these materials with third parties without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

By participating in Kreashon programmes, you agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants, maintain the confidentiality of what is shared within live group sessions, and not record live sessions without explicit permission from the facilitator.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kreashon programmes are designed with care and professional expertise. However, results vary depending on individual effort, context, and circumstances. Maanarak of Grey B.V. does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any course or programme.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maanarak of Grey B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kreashon products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, as applicable to Bonaire (BES Islands). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
